You'll learn to make spicy tuna from scratch and slice fresh Steelhead that melts in your mouth. The class includes all necessary equipment and sustainable, organic ingredients. Participants will gain valuable culinary skills including proper knife handling, rice preparation techniques, and sushi assembly methods. Teams will develop communication and collaboration skills as they work together on each step of the sushi-making process. Everyone leaves with practical knowledge of where to source sushi-grade fish and ingredients, plus a digital cookbook to continue practicing at home.
